Multiple times a day when switching tabs the entire screen will turn gray and become entirely unresponsive, requiring me to close and restart the app. This has been happening for weeks. It does this regardless of the number of tabs I have open, and continues to do this even after clearing the cache. There is also no report for it in about:crashes.

When the app is going to turn fully grey when opening a new tab when I scroll down and the address bar moves away there is a gray box where it used to be. Also, when opening a new tab the homepage won't appear; there is no "jump back in" or "recently visited" section, just a fully gray background.

I have a problem with the sync function after one of the last Firefox updates - I think it was 133.x.

Firefox for Android now only offers the options sorted “in alphabetical order” or “newest/oldest” in the bookmarks display - for ALL folders and ALL bookmarks. The same now applies to adding bookmarks after a later update (138.x?).

I need the old mode or an additional mode “unsorted”, which provides the same (probably designed!) sort order of my desktop Firefox in Android Firefox after sync. After this unsuccessful update, I can no longer use the Firefox sync. I see that I am not the only one, many users also have this problem.

Can someone please help me with this problem? Will there be a correction or improvement or a cancellation of this extremely unfortunate change?

Every time I do a search for a location map, Apple maps appears as the default. How do I block Apple maps from displayed searches? I truly detest the functionality of Apple maps, and knowing my search results are filtered to prioritize Apple infuriates me to no end! Is this a virus or adware-type of situation? There is noplace within settings to tag and block certain results. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra with the latest version of Firefox. Thank you in advance! P.S. I recently fully switched over to Firefox, outside a few minor things it's working beautifully. However since a few weeks i'm having huge problems with the text-fields within the browser, like Google Search and various other sites. I switched from Stable to Beta, no luck. To prove it still exists, I used the nightly build. It deletes whole pieces of text when pressing space and when backspacing the word sometimes returns. It's very unusual behaviour, but other browsers dont have it.

I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro, latest update (BP1A.250505.005.C1). I tried with Google Keyboard and Microsoft Swiftkey, both give the same issues and it's honestly not usable anymore for me. Below there is a screen recording showing the issue.

The past couple of months have seen a couple of updates to the Firefox browser, on both my Samsung tablet and phone. I have noticed that, as a result, the Firefox browser has become less stable than before. I have been using it for well over a decade without any problems. The primary website visited is ProFootballTalk, mostly the 'Rumor Mill' section of the website. The first page is fine. However, when I check additional pages, I begin to experience delays, followed by jumping around to the top or bottom of the new or previous page, and sometimes even going to older versions previously viewed.

Initially, I had thought that, maybe, it could be the website causing these problems. However, it was suggested to me to try a different browser. So I downloaded the 'DuckDuckGo' app, to check as a comparison. I have not been experiencing this issue with the new browser.

I have Firefox on my Android devices.. 5 of them.

I just woke up and saw an alert on my phone that Firefox was misbehaving again. This time eating up my data in the background while I am asleep!!

How to stop this please?

Hello, someone in the Mozilla staff able to fix a certain behavior that occured when playing mixes in YT with as in my case, a Tab S8 Ultra, when light on screen is turned off and Computer mode is selected? I have for several years played mixes that is composed with many individual musik tracks that follow in a row. Tracks have been played automatically continually when a small charging of as for me, only about 4 watts. Without a charge this has not been possible. And that is of course ok, but now after UI 7.0 it's not behaving like earlier. I prefere this approach because i do not have a need to look at slides accompanying the musik, and only a slow charging as to little more than compensate for need of energy when streaming to external speakers. How to make this to continue automatically track after track? Other Android-units that have not got this updated behave as I prefer.

I'm trying to sync data from my computer to my phone. When I go to the settings, there is NO "sync and save data " option on my phone. So, how then do I sync and save?

Trying to sync my samsung to my windows PC and there is no "sync and save data" button. I went to my account and to sync settings and then pressed "sync now", but still nothing happened

In latest version of firefox for android, 138.0.4 (Build #2016091471), when i touch the bookmarks menu an image flashes up too fast to see. I videoed the screen,slowed down replay and found the image is of a folder with a fox inside and the words "no bookmarks yet" which makes no sense as i have hundreds of bookmarks. Its irritating, how do i stop it?
